35 Weeks

I'm a little late on updating. I had to do the picture update in the mirror this week
because Michael has been out of town

How far along: 35 weeks! 5 weeks to go! I can't believe how close we are to meeting our little boy!

Baby's size: 19 inches long and 5 1/4 lbs. From this point on, he is mainly just putting on weight and not length.

Sleep: Not getting very good sleep  but I'm getting used to it and it's probably a good thing since the little guy will be here soon.

Weight: 21 lbs.

Maternity Clothes: All maternity pants and some regular some maternity shirts and sweaters. I'm getting tired of my maternity wardrobe of solid colors.

Symptoms I have: Major pressure down low which is a good sign that he is moving down and head down getting ready for his birthday!

Doctor’s Appointment: Next appointment is tomorrow!

Movement: He has hiccups all the time and at first they are fun but after a while they kind of get annoying. I love when he moves in the mornings though! I'm going to miss his movement after he is born.

Best Moment: At my last appointment, they did an ultrasound because I was having cramping and they wanted to check that everything was looking good and the fluid levels were good. Everything looked great and I got the chance to see our little guy. He had such chubby cheeks and the sonographer said that he already has some hair! I wasn't able to see his full face because he had his hand in his mouth but he is already so precious!

My mom sent me this newborn picture of me in the hospital right after I was born. I can't wait to compare newborn pictures after our little man is born with mine and Michael's pictures!

We have set most of the baby stuff up and we are ready for him to make his appearance! I washed all of his itty bitty clothes and we put his stroller and changing table together. Everything is starting to feel more real :)

Stroller with the car seat attached.

We are ready to go walking!

Our stroller is a BOB jogging stroller with a fixed wheel but it also allows you to make the front wheel swivel for maneuvering around small places. It's amazing and SO easy to use! I am hoping it gives me the motivation to get out and run on our trails after the baby is born.

Here is his changing table. We are also going to put his moses basket on top to double as a bed for the first couple of months that he sleeps in our room.

We still have to install the car seat bases into our cars and to pack our bags for the hospital. Hopefully the next 5 weeks will go by quickly!
